Worship Ministry

Each week, we start with a song of thanksgiving and praise followed by a brief time of greeting and announcements. Then, we move into 20-minutes of focused worship with a mix of both contemporary and traditional music. Some weeks we have a full band with dynamic worship music, and other weeks we intentionally create softer and more intimate set lists.

We play many songs from Bethel Music, Red Rocks Worship, Hillsong, The Worship Initiative (Shane & Shane) and Elevation, to name a few. We also regularly sing hymns like “As the Deer” and “Great Is Thy Faithfulness.”

Above all, the worship team seeks to serve our congregation by creating an atmosphere of genuine worship that leads to greater awareness of God’s presence.

About Our Worship Director

Jamie Smith

Director of Worship

 

In 2022, Jamie Smith became the Director of Worship. She started attending the church in 2012 and began volunteering on the worship team in 2013. Jamie’s favorite part of her role is leading our corporate worship experiences.
