Artie Farve
Senior Pastor
In 2015, Artie became the Senior Pastor. He started serving at the church in 1997 as the Youth and Education Minister before changing to his current role. His favorite part of his role is the people with whom and for whom he serves. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three daughters.

David Delgado
Director of Communications
In 2022, David became Communications Director.
From 2008 - 2021, he served as the Worship Director before changing to his current role. His favorite part of his current role is seeing how an organization's communication affects people's involvment. He and his wife, Tania, have two daughters.

AnDina Wiley
Director of Family Discipleship
In 2016 AnDina Wiley became the Director of Family Discipleship. She has been a part of the church since 2007. She served as a children’s and youth volunteer before coming on staff. Her favorite part of her role at CCC is working with the families and kids of CCC. She and her husband, Jared, have four children.

Jamie Smith
Director of Worship
In 2022, Jamie Smith became the Director of Worship. She started attending the church in 2012 and began volunteering on the worship team in 2013. Jamie’s favorite part of her role is leading our corporate worship experiences with a team whose hearts hunger for God. She and her husband, Shaun, have three daughters.
Duties: Leading weekly worship services, special services and overseeing the Worship, Sound, and Youth Worship Teams.

Nanci Hill
Nursery Coordinator
In 2016 Nanci Hill became the Nursery Coordinator. She started attending the church in 2002, began volunteering in Children's Ministry, and was the Children's Ministry Coordinator for several years before becoming the Nursery Coordinator in 2016. Nanci loves seeing all the changes the babies develop by the time they turn two. Nanci is a retired school teacher. She and her husband, John, have two adult children.

Rene' McCLintick
Financial Services Bookeeper
Rene' McClintick became the Financial Services Bookeeper in 2023. She enjoys the challenge of her new role. She has been a part of the Christ Community Church since 1990. She considers it one of her best life decisions. She and her husband, Harry, have two adult (married) children.

Something Interesting: She won a tractor driving contest in 8th grade. She won by backing a tractor with a 16’ trailer. She was the only girl in the competition.

Ruby Staggs
Secretary
In 2011, Ruby Staggs began volunteering for the church office. She came on staff a short time later as the church secretary. Ruby and her late husband, Jerry, have three adult children.
