Christ Community Church’s children ministries are designed to enable your children to understand and embrace the truth of God’s Word in a format they can identify with and understand.

Sunday morning classes start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 9:45. The second hour worship time begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 11:30. All Sunday School classes are in the classroom wing east of the Auditorium. Parents are needed and encouraged to participate as teachers or helpers.

We have a nursery staffed for both Sunday School and the Worship hour.(both services) You’ll find the nursery at the opposite end of the hallway connected to the worship center. Contact Nanci Hill 226.0677 for more information.

Our preschool department has classes during both Sunday chool and the Worship Hour. These are designed to speak to your children in a fun way that they can understand. The 2-3s class meets in N-1 and the 4-5s (K) in S-1. The children remain in the same room for both 1st and 2nd hour. Contact Nanci Hill 226.0677 for more information.

For elementary age children, Sunday School classes meet in N-3 (1st-2nd) and N-4 (3rd-5th). During the Worship Hour elementary children move to Caraway Street. This is a ministry in which alternating casts of adults and youth present God’s Word in an interactive style on a full set. Caraway Street is located in the end of the Children’s Ministry hallway on the west side of the building. The worship hour is from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30. On Wednesdays your children (1st – 4th grade) are invited to be a part of AWANA, a fun kid’s club emphasizing Scripture memory and organized games . It meets during the school year from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
