There are several different groups of Leadership Teams at Christ Community Church. Our Elders are our spiritual leaders and are responsible for the church as a whole. They oversee the spiritual climate and provide direction as to CCC’s goals and the resources used to accomplish them. Our Deacons function as servants to the Body who minister in practical areas as the needs arise and the Elders direct. Our Leadership Team is comprised of individuals who have oversight over specific areas. Our goal is to equip everyone to be “leaders” who will joyfully work at influencing others to seek radically to know God and make Him known.
